Teddy from 8th and Ocean

I wasn't walking Hawk when I saw him, but it is another interesting celebrity siting. I was walking home and noticed the crazy hair on the back of this guy's head. We were on 42nd and 7th. I thought that his crazy hair looked like Teddy's from 8th & Ocean. So, I walked closer to him, to see his face, and yep, it was Teddy.
